EasyStart — fixed-price onboarding that proves results.
EasyStart is the low-risk, fast way to start using Spesnes. It’s a fixed-price package that includes everything needed to get going — including the service level you choose, installation, and training — and a measurable plan so you can see results in your own production.

What’s included (step-by-step)
Easy start with measurable goals
We define clear measurable targets together and agree the KPIs used to track progress. You will receive a written results report based on measured data, user/employee interviews, and other reliable documentation.
Choose your included service bundle (variant)
EasyStart includes Platform base services for all fluid systems at your site, plus ONE included bundle:
– 3× Optimizer-level (or lower) services, OR
– 2× Optimizer HC services, OR
– 1× Carefree Critical service
One “service” = one fluid system (either one machine sump or one central system).
Baseline equipment kit (1 month)
For one month, we provide the required meters/devices/tools to establish the baseline across the factory and determine the starting condition.
Installation, commissioning, and training included
We deliver and commission the agreed equipment and provide commissioning training for your maintenance team.
Baseline assessment (your ROI reference point)
During commissioning we perform a baseline assessment (measurements + interviews) to create a reference point for later results. Typical interview roles include operators, maintenance/supervisors, production management, and the ESG responsible person.
Monthly follow-ups, reporting, and fine-tuning
We agree a monthly follow-up meeting with the person responsible for fluids to review progress and results. If needed, we fine-tune together. You may also use third-party services (e.g., labs) to validate results. We also hold an occasional follow-up meeting with a broader internal group as needed.

After EasyStart
EasyStart typically runs 6–18 months depending on your targets, and the final duration is defined in the order.
After EasyStart ends, your subscription continues at the selected service level and scope without the extra EasyStart services, billed in 6-month periods. You can upgrade, change, or cancel according to the general customer terms.
